PURPOSE: Manage all funds and income of the Parish.
The committe will be responsible for all aspects of managing and developing the funds and income of the Parish. Some of the responsibilities include:
Assisting the Stewardship Chairman in the collection of pledges
Insuring all expenses are paid
Management, solicitation and collection of special donations (Holy Week, Christmas, etc.)
Coordinate communications with the Priest, Parish Council Secretary and Membership Chairman towards the appropriate acknowledgement of significant donations.
Work with the Auditing Committee in the establishment of a quarterly review of all funds.
Manage the collection of donations and acknowledgement of the Memorial donations to contributors and to the family of the deceased in conjunction with the Office Secretary
Submit monthly reports to the Parish Council.
