Building Maintenance Committee

PURPOSE:  Provide for the orderly and efficient use and maintenance of the building and grounds. Develop monthly,quarterly,yearly maintenance checklists for the proper functioning of all equipment and buildings. Manage the bidding, selection of contractors for tasks performed for the facilities. Provide project oversight and verification of contracted work completed.

The Committee will maintain and keep in good supply all items needed for janitorial upkeep, maintain a complete inventory of the contents of these facilities and any other storage facility, review this periodically for insurance purposes, report to the Parish Council on all repairs and improvements to maintain a safe environment for our stewards, employees and tenants.  We always need more volunteers.
