PURPOSE: Provide technical and administrative support for running the Church Office and Parish Community.
The committee will:
Automate office functions via affordable technology solutions
Conduct HR analysis to include the following:
a) define job functions
b) pay grades
c) evaluation and performance management
Provide Annual Evaluation of Office Staff to Board.
Submit monthly reports to the Parish Council regarding HR policies, operational issues, technology updates.
